The Dining Room

Here are some pics of our dining room. Grandaddy put up crown moulding this past Christmas for me. He had already painted the visit before. I will try and start posting pics of the house now that things are starting to look a bit better.

I am so happy that I got to use the corner cabinet in an actual corner in this house. You would be surprised how many house plans don't have real corners b/c they always have the living/dining room as one big area in Colorado. We don't really have a formal living room in this house which is just fine with me, one less room to worry about...plus we never really used our living room for anything except to put the piano in.

My dad took the time to re-finish everything in this room over the past years. The dining table and corner cabinet with the china was my great aunt's; the dining chairs and cute side table were my Nana's.
