The pinata came next after the birthday cake...Davis got first whack at it with no luck in cracking open that poor little donkey....
Finally one of the older kids busted the poor pinata wide open and candy fell followed by a mad dash of kids ready for more sugar!
Here are Proud Pete and Grandaddy with the decapitated head on a stick...don't they look like those pictures people put in local papers of their first duck or deer kill?
All in all we had a successful birthday celebration and we got to see family and friends we had not seen in quite a while. Fun was had by all!
