Heart Day

And right after my birthday came Valentine's Day...
Again, I volunteered to do the heart cookies for the class and came up with the idea
to do 'converstaion' hearts with all the kids' names on them...

Just let me tell ya, there are some interesting names out there,
and that is all I am gonna say about that.

Morgan in for the assist.
aka...icing taste tester...

'Mommy, I want to do my OWN'

If you are a Facebook friend you learned how windy it was the day I took these cookies to school...
and how half my precious cookies flew away. Luckily some kids were absent and I took a few 'generic' cookies (i.e. kiss, hugs) so we had just enough to go around.

Davis' Friendship Party

The kids decorated bags to take their whopping amount of Valentine's loot home in.
Candy, silly bands, pencils....it was like Halloween all over.

Davis going through his Valentine's holder.

Davis and his 'twin' Dante. They have been in the same class these past two years and are the best of buds.
Even when they play t-ball against each other they are jumping and rooting for the other, it is really cute.

Our Valentine's celebration after dinner...

Their 'cocoa' mugs like Mommy's...
Thanks Nana & Grandaddy!

This was too cute, Morgan made it a pre-school.
It said 'I am head over heels for you'.

Hope you and your's had a great Valentine's Day too!
