Ornament Tour

I have had all of my trees up for at least a month now (yes, ALL my trees!).
AsI was looking at all my ornaments yesterday I should share some with you...

Our 'family' tree is not a theme tree...more of a mish-mash of all the ornaments my family and I have gotten in our lifetime.
I have the ornaments from my first Christmas on my tree...ones from my parents and grandparents...and each of my children have a dated ornament from each year in their lives.
We like to look back at them each year and it is even sweeter now that Davis can read all the dates back to us and 'ooohhh and ahhhh' over how old some of them really are...
is 1978 really that old?

My best friend and maid of honor, Heather, gave this ornament to me...
it literally represents our cat Darby...
she is gray and big and round like.

I gave this ornament to Pete the Christmas after his father passed away.
It always hangs front and center on our tree...

This is an ornament that I used to hang up on my 'bedroom' tree as a child.
My nursery as a baby was 'Winnie the Pooh' and it has been with me on all of my trees.

I am sort of a fanatic about buying an ornament where ever we go...
Napa, Hawaii, anywhere!
This one is from San Fransico...
(I think I got this disease from my mom...haha.)
It is really cool each year to add a new 'vacation' ornament and to see where we have been in the last year...I think this year we added Las Vegas!

Who knew me in high school?...I had this obsession about sheep.
I have never owned on or taken care of one...they just look cute.
I have a collection of cute sheep ornaments that I love but this one is my favorite!
....still want that sheep farm in Montana...who's with me?...anyone?

We began with Darby cat and so we shall end this tree ornament tour with Darby...
our guarder of gifts...seriously, I don't think she moved today.
I had to actually leave an area free of gifts so she could have a spot to sleep...
