So proud....

This past week Davis had his kindergarten music program. We don't get a 'graduation' as there are over 200 kindergartners....that would take forever. As it stands they already had to break the music program up into two sections of four classes each...

Here is Davis with some of his class mates prior to the concert.
Davis wanted to make sure Morgan was wearing yellow because 'the boys are wearing blue and girls are wearing yellow mom'...

A-E-I-O-U song...

'First Grade, First Grade' song
(to the tune of 'New York, New York')

Davis with his teacher, Ms. Horowitz on the right and his teaching assistant Ms. Esguerra on the left.
And last of all...time to brag on my child.
Davis has been accepted to the START program in the Prince William County School System. It is a sort of 'gifted and talented' program of sorts. Ms. Horowitz told us earlier in the year that she had recommended him for the program.
Well, we got the letter this week that said he had been accepted with a concentration in math. We are so proud of Davis and all that he has accomplished this first year in school. He loves to learn and I know that he would not have been so successful without the help of this two kindergarten teachers.

Congrats to Davis on the program and on finishing kindergarten! That picture of Morgan is fabulous.
