End of school....on to summer!

We have been super busy with the end of school and the start of summer!
Here is a small sampling of what we have been up to over the past few weeks...

We celebrated the end of Davis' first t-ball season.

The awards picnic for the t-ball teams was really fun. Everyone brought food and there was
even a fire-engine to hang out in.

Davis getting a game ball from the season.

Davis with his trophy and game ball...

The last week of school each grade got to have a picnic. We all had lunch outside and all the kids got to play with bubbles, chalk what ever else they could get their hands on...

The kids also took time to sign each other's year books...too cute.

Ms. E and Ms. Horowitz opening their gifts. One of the other room mothers found this website where you order a nice wooden memory box and the kids get to each make a special recording that plays when you open it. Both teachers were in tears by the end!

The ice cream truck met the kids at the bus stop to hand out ice cream...
smart ice cream man...

Morgan so excited that she will have a play buddy all summer!
Davis and I took Grandaddy and Pete to the Nationals baseball game for Father's Day.
It was so hot....

And the rest of the time so far has been spent at the pool!...

Davis is at in Richmond this week doing vacation Bible school at my old church at my parent's house. Then he gets to go spend the holiday weekend with Grandma Jany, Papa Jim, Aunt Jennifer the whole rest of the family while Morgan has some alone time with Nana and Grandaddy
(Can anyone say potty training boot camp...haha?)

Next week we are off to the Outer Banks for a week.
We hope you all have a great
 4th of July!
