We had the entire side of Pete's family (plus a few extras) over for Thanksgiving this year...that made 27 people at our house at one time...and they all needed to have a place to eat their turkey dinner!
My nephew Brandon, Davis and my nieces Brooke (with her friend, Patrick) & Olivia!
The kid table (in Pete's office...)
Like I said...I got creative with seating. This is the view coming down my stairs looking into my foyer and dining room.
Uncle Tony and Uncle Patrick with Aunt Jennifer, Brooke, Peter and Ryan...
(Don't mind Morgan's face, she just tried deviled eggs for the first time!)
My nieces...
Newlywed couple checking in on the food spread...

We were so happy that we finally got to host a family dinner at our house. With us living in Denver for so many years and my work schedule we rarely get to spend the holidays with all of the family... and this was the first time I have had Thanksgiving off in some time. I usually trade Christmas Eve for Thanksgiving with another RN so I can have Christmas Eve with the children. This year I work New Year's Eve and New Year's night so I get to be home for both Thanksgiving and Christmas which is a treat!
Thanks to everyone who made the drive up to northern Virginia to celebrate Thanksgiving with us.
We had a great time!
